We’re seeking a confident and self-motivated Sales Specialist to serve as the face of our agency. This role combines remote flexibility with local boots-on-the-ground outreach. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients in your area and beyond. From cold outreach to walking into a business with a smile and a pitch, you’ll play a critical role in our growth.
This is a 1099 contractor position, offering flexible hours and performance-based earnings. The base hourly rate is $12 per hour, for a minimum of 5 hours and a maximum of 15 hours per week. You’ll also earn a percentage of revenue from every client you help close — the more clients you bring in, the more you make.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct cold outreach via email, phone, and in-person visits to small and mid-sized businesses
- Build relationships with potential clients and educate them on our marketing services
- Qualify leads and hand off warm prospects to our internal marketing team
- Represent the agency with professionalism, confidence, and genuine interest in helping businesses succeed
- Track outreach efforts, manage a basic spreadsheet, and report on progress regularly
- Continuously look for opportunities to connect with local businesses through events, networking, or simple walk-ins
What We’re Looking For:
- You’re a natural people-person and a great communicator
- You’re confident walking into a business or picking up the phone to introduce yourself
- You’re organized, persistent, and self-motivated
- Experience in sales (especially B2B or digital services) is a plus, but not required
- You’re comfortable working remotely and independently while staying aligned with our team
- You have a basic understanding of digital marketing services — or you’re eager to learn
